We will begin with a short service of the word at 9:30 before splitting off and beginning our service work. 

What is God's work our hands?
Our congregation will soon engage in service work right here in River Falls! We are one of over 8,500 congregations participating in “God’s work. Our hands.” day of service. Across the country, thousands of members will work to make a positive change in our communities, build and deepen relationships and share God’s love. Join us as we do God’s work with our hands!

Grow to Share Inc, ​is a 501c3 non-profit garden located in River Falls, Wisconsin who believes everyone should have access to fresh, locally grown, pesticide-free food. To accomplish this, food is grown in multiple plots tended by volunteers from the community and donated to nonprofit organizations such as food pantries, shelters, and housing communities throughout the area.


  • Plan to start with a tour and then get to work. 

  • There is plenty to do between harvesting, weeding, watering, and soil care.🧺

  • We have 3 raised beds for those who may have mobility concerns. We have used them with folks who don't bend so well anymore and those who need to sit while working. 

  • Dressing in layers for the weather is a great idea, as is bringing water (in a reusable, earth-friendly bottle).🌎

  • Sun protection is another great idea, weather via clothing or sunblock, or a bit of both. Also, hats.🤠
